About Chef Audrey
Chef Audrey Patterson has spent 25 years creating original recipes for her restaurants in Vermont and Connecticut. The Patterson’s hotel in Chester, Vermont, was a gathering place for discerning diners from all over New England and was featured in “Vermont Life” and “Country Inns and Backroads”.
The Pantry, their gourmet food emporium in Washington, Connecticut, provided fine catered dinners as well as a full range of take out meals, soups, desserts and breads. The Pantry’s original recipes were featured in “Connecticut Magazine” and in “Gourmet”.
